Barely 6 months old and the store has attracted buyers to place 300 orders.

The Store has gone from 40K to 55K in the process. Whilst I have to improve the store's inventory system to speed up getting orders out and ensure that items are exactly were they can be found quickly and efficiently.

At the moment the biggest concern for the store is that the inventory is accurate and storage components are readily available as expansion is required.

Currently there is a lot of parts available at good prices as every idiot tries to claim a share of the market. The trick is to grab some of the bargains to be had, but require minimal sorting and cleaning. Surely 10kgs at $200 sounds good, but how long does it take to sort out?

Currently the range in the store is adequate for the size, I think many stores make the mistake of selling just new parts, which are common as. But with everyone buying the same sets, surely the market can only want so many of the same part? But trying to get good honest second hand parts has some difficulties too, with many sellers lying about quality or whether the sets are complete. I count the number of safe sets I have bought. Most are missing items or the minifigs are wrong. Plain fact is buying used has many problems too.

Well at any rate the range and capability of the store must continue to adjust and attract more customers, but at least there is some condolences that orders are coming in....roll on to another 300 orders please!

Picked up a bulk purchase of Lego yesterday. Was a nice suprise as it contained a number of themes I have not seen too much of, including western and orient. There was tonne of Star Wars which will add glitter to the store. Also heaps of plates and bricks.

There was an almost complete orient set but sadly the minifig is not complete and the yellow scimitars are missing.

The western stuff was limited to a few minifig parts.

The seller added an almost complete Star War ships, but again too many peieces missing and the effort to sell versus the price of parting it favours the part out.

A bit of town stuff was included with a rubbish truck and font end loader almost complete. Both almost worth selling complete but both had bad maintained instructions and again not worth the effort of chasing up versus seperating for parts.

Sent out the 50th order today, the order was an add on to order 49...

Been shipping out around the world....Italy, New Zealand and the US...and plenty at home too.

23rd September 2017 - have now sold over 1223 parts since opening on the 26th August 2017.

Have sold to the US, Canada and Australia - the last mostly.
