I sell used and new parts.
New parts are sourced from unopened bags,sets or ordered from Lego and may have scratching or some colour, or mould variations.
Used parts are sourced from a variety of locations and are cleaned and inspected prior to selling. Used brick will have been played with and therefore will have the odd ding, indent, some differences in shades of colour, or other signs of use. If you are fussy or expect the parts to be perfect do NOT order used parts from this store. I generally exclude chewed, or damaged parts, however some parts may have value in poor condition and will be listed with descriptions. I will not supply warranty because a buyer expects the item to be like new - I will not list used items as "like new".
Some parts have stickers/labels, I ask that you accept that stickers may need adjusting when you purchase them, and again if you are fussy do not buy them, buy new parts and stickers and fit your own. I do not however sell peeling or damaged stickered items.
If you order a part and I find that I do not have it, I will supply a refund for the missing item/s. Please let me know if an item is really important to you at time of ordering, I would rather consider options than disappoint. For example, I could delay the order for a few days whilst sourcing the item elsewhere. Nothing is worse than placing an order around an item/s and then not getting "the item/s".
If you recieve an order and something is missing or wrong, generally I will supply a refund or hold the item/s for you and will be included in your next purchase. I will consider on a case by case basis on whether I will ship out missing items - this something i do not offer as a generally.
If there is an error with the cost of packaging I will refund in your favour if you have been overcharged, or expect you to supply extra funds as needed PRIOR to shipping your order.
Buyers can cancel an order where an order can not be completed by more than 50%, the cost of shipping is too expensive for their budget, or they simply change their mind prior to shipping the order. Where a payment has been received the cost of fees such as PayPal fees and restocking fee of 20% maybe also excluded from a refund. Deductions will be discussed prior to accepting a cancellation, and I do understand that life creates unexpected situations - just contact me!
If a buyer is concerned about lost orders they should consider tracking and insurance or signature on delivery. Although I comply with the consumer laws, please do not expect me to russle up new parts if your order disappears. Some items are simply not replacable at the cost supplied. Australia Post is NOT always reliable and when I say I post - I post. I want happy customers so sending your order is in my best interest as well as yours. I understand that you have right to receive item/s you have paid for, however if you really feel that you are likely to want to put a claim to PayPal because the order has disappeared, please consider paying for tracking, signature on delivery or insurance, at least that way I can provide evidence to PayPal that the order has been sent and I get covered too, or can claim on your behalf to the insurance company. My Policy in a worst case scenario is to refund the order and shipping - I may on a case by case basis consider reshipping parts. If there is requirement for insurance or a different packing method than one offered please ask for a quote.
In regards to import duties and declarations, I follow the law and I will declare the contents of orders and require buyers to pay the cost of import duties and/or taxes required from their respective countries. My prices do NOT include any of these possible fees and charges.
